The automatic tracking code will be emailed to you when you order after a few days. If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 2 to 5 business days for the tracking information to update.
We offer FREE Standard shipping when an order is placed above 79 USD. For Express Shipping cost is 30 USD.
The standard delivery time worldwide is 10-15 business days, it depends on the location. In express shipping it takes from 7-10 business days.
During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.
- Please don’t refuse the package because of the customs or taxes charges when the item is delivered. The carrier won’t be able to return the items to us unless these fees are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes manufactures of FashionSarah to import the goods on her behalf. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
