PROCESSING TIME

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic tracking code by email within a few days. If you have received a shipment notification, please allow 2 to 5 business days for tracking information to update.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders above $79 USD. For orders below that amount, shipping rates will apply.

Express Shipping cost: $30 USD.

Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days (depending on location)
- Express Shipping: 7–10 business days

Note: During sales or high season, delivery may take slightly longer.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

Please do not refuse delivery due to customs or tax charges. If the carrier is unable to return the items because duties were unpaid, the package will be abandoned in customs, and no refund will be issued.

INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or missing address:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We can re-ship the package to you, but additional shipping charges will apply

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

To ensure proper and timely delivery:
- Enter your full and correct address at checkout, including apartment/suite numbers
- Use proper formatting and abbreviations
- We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered items due to incorrect address entries

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All goods are imported on behalf of the consignee (buyer). By purchasing from FashionSarah, the consignee authorizes us to import the goods on their behalf. The consignee is responsible for all customs duties and taxes in addition to the product price.
